In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs.
We, like all of you, have had to learn to do what we love a bit differently now that Covid-19 has emerged. While we are still operating our regular hours, we’ve had to modify our procedures to continue to offer the best medical treatment for our patients. Please see below to learn how we have altered our check-in process and to learn exactly how to bring your pet to see us safely. We are so grateful to all of you for being flexible during these times!
Check-in: When you arrive, wait in your vehicle and call us at 972-235-5215. We’ll discuss your needs. All patients are seen in the order we receive calls. Once a room is ready, we’ll come directly to your car to get your pet. At this time, no one but pets are entering the building. This helps us keep you and us safe, and we appreciate your understanding. Believe us, we miss seeing everyone, but for now, this is how we must operate.
During the current COVID pandemic, we ask that clients come in from 8:00 am – 11:00 am and from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm. We will continue to do curbside service, please call 972.235.5215 when you arrive in the parking lot to check-in.
Exam: One of our doctors will see your pet, and will call you to discuss findings and possible treatment (please keep your phone’s ringer on). Once a course has been outlined, your pet will be brought back out to your car.
Payment process: Most clients find it fastest to send their payment (credit card) in with their pet when the technician comes out to get them.
Special Notes: Wait times may be a bit longer than usual because of these modifications. We certainly try our best to do whatever we can to limit wait time, but please give us a little grace while we try our best to take care of everyone. Many clients come to the clinic right after lunch (1 pm), so if you are in a hurry, avoid that peak time. We are also limiting some services, so as to try to have the manpower to best and most timely serve clients. We are temporarily not accepting new boarding reservations. All current boarding reservations will be honored. Likewise, we are not doing nail-trims only, but if your pet is here for another reason (vaccines, sick visit, surgeries, etc.) we will trim their nails when we do their other treatments.
Sincerely, we thank each of you for allowing us to care for your pet! We love what we do, and we are thankful we are able to see them.
